性别对长白×荣昌仔猪赖氨酸需要量的影响

摘要 为了研究性别对长白×荣昌(以下简称长×荣)仔猪赖氨酸需要量的影响,本试验选用体重约10kg的长×荣杂交猪30头(公母各半),通过饲养试验和屠宰试验测定其生产性能和胴体无脂瘦肉生长指数,结合杨飞云等(2002)20~100kg长×荣生长肥育猪的试验结果,建立胴体无脂瘦肉生长指数与体重的回归方程。根据该方程及无脂瘦肉的蛋白质沉积系数和蛋白质沉积的赖氨酸需要系数,建立不同性别长×荣杂交猪的赖氨酸需要量模型,利用此模型预测10~20kg不同性别长×荣杂交猪的赖氨酸需要量。试验结果显示:根据NRC(1998)生长模型的参数,用胴体分离法建立10~100kg长×荣杂交猪的赖氨酸需要量模型为:公猪真可消化赖氨酸需要量(mg/d)=-0.0531BW3+5.7592BW2-22.522BW+5255.6+36BW0.75;母猪真可消化赖氨酸需要量(mg/d)=-0.0499BW3+5.3233BW2-11.286BW+5123.5+36BW0.75。据此模型计算lO~20kg长×荣公猪和母猪的真可消化赖氨酸需要量分别为6.308g/d、6.258g/d,总赖氨酸需要量为7.264g/d、7.197g/d;按占风干日粮百分比表示,公猪和母猪的真可消化赖氨酸需要量分别为0.689%、0.693%,总赖氨酸需要量分别为0.793%、0.797%。试验结果表明,用NRC (1998)生长模型胴体分离法估测的10~20kg不同性别长×荣杂交猪的赖氨酸需要量相近,说明性别对长×荣仔猪赖氨酸需要量的影响很小。

Abstract: Thirty Landrace×Rongchang crossbred piglets were involved to determine the growth performance and fat-free lean index at the stage of lO~20kg by feeding and slaughter trials to study the effect of gender on lysine requirement of them. With the determined indexes of this study and Yan Feiyun et al (2002), the regression equation was established to predict fat - free lean index (FFLI) by liveweight. With the prediction equation, the coefficient of fat - free lean to protein accretion and the lysine requirement of protein accretion, the mathematical model of lysine requirement was established, and then the lysine requirement of 10~20kg Landrace×Rongchang crossbred piglets were predicted. The results showed that. The mathematical models of lysine requirement according to the parameters in the    growth model of NRC (1998) were the true digestible lysine requirement (TDLR) of barrows (mg/d)=-0.0531BW3+5.7592BW2-22.522BW+5255.6+36BW0.75 while that of    gilts(mg/d)=-0.0499BW3+5.3233BW2-11.286BW+5123.5+36BW0.75.Based on the    models, TDLR of barrows was 6.308g/d while that of gilts was 6.258g/d at the liveweight of 10~20kg. The total lysine requirement (TLR) were 7.264g/d and 7.197g/d respectively. TDLR and TLR of barrows and gilts were O.689%,0.693% and 0.793%,0.797%, based on air-dry diet. The results suggested that the difference of the lysine requirement of 10~20kg Landrace×Rongchang crossbred barrows and gilts predicted by NRC (1998) growth model was insignificant. So we can draw a conclusion that gender had a very little effect on lysine requirement of Landrace×Rongchang crossbred piglets.

目前,已有不少研究表明,性别对生长肥育猪的赖氨酸需要量有一定影响。Batterham和Giles(1986)[1]认为,在自由采食情况下,母猪对日粮赖氨酸的需要量比公猪低;但在限饲时,这种差异不复存在,究其原因是母猪的蛋白质沉积潜力低于公猪,因而其赖氨酸的需要量较低。然而关于性别对仔猪赖氨酸需要量的影响还未见报道。因此,本试验拟就性别对长×荣杂交仔猪赖氨酸需要量的影响进行研究。   
材料与方法
     1.1试验设计
     本试验采用单因子设计,测定10~20kg不同性别长×荣杂交猪的生产性能和胴体无脂瘦肉生长指数,结合杨飞云等(2002)[2]试验结果,按照NRC (1998)[3]生长模型的胴体分离法估测其赖氨酸需要量。
1.2试验动物
     本试验选取体重约10kg的长×荣杂交仔猪30头,公、母各半,按性别分为2组,每组3圈,每
圈5头,共6圈,即3圈公猪、3圈母猪。试验从10kg开始,到20kg结束。
     1.3试验日粮
     本试验采用典型的玉米—豆粕型日粮,参照NRC (1998)标准进行配制。日粮配方及营养水平见表1。

     1.4饲养管理
     试验采用粉状饲料。试猪从料槽中自由采食,从饮水器中自由饮水。按常规管理方法做好消毒、驱虫、免疫工作。
